About Our Practice
Professional Integrative Care is a membership-based concierge medical practice serving Columbus, Ohio. Our model is built on a straightforward premise: healthcare should provide meaningful evidence of improving health, not merely the reassurance of a single annual visit.
Conventional primary care is structured around brief, infrequent appointments and the assumption that the absence of acute findings equates to good health. We have designed our practice to offer more. Membership includes extended, unhurried visits, direct access to your care team, and biannual assessments that measure change across four dimensions of health: capacity, function, risk, and rhythm. Together, these form a longitudinal record of your health trajectory, offering insight that few adults ever have access to.
Our physicians integrate family medicine, functional and integrative medicine, sports medicine, and regenerative orthopedics into a single, coordinated plan of care. This ensures that every provider you see is working from a complete understanding of your history, rather than a fragmented view of it.
We define success not by the pursuit of perfection, but by capacity: the physical, mental, and emotional reserve required to meet the demands of daily life, sustain the people and work that matter most, and adapt through every season of life. This is the standard we apply to the care of every member we serve.
Our Philosophy
Most medicine is built around disease. We build ours around capacity — the physical, mental, and emotional reserve it takes to meet the demands of a day and adapt as your life changes. Capacity is measurable, and we expect to see it move.
Four commitments make that possible.
Access. You can reach your physician. Visits are long enough to finish the conversation, and the person who answers knows your history.
Advocacy. We work for you and no one else. No insurance contract shapes what we recommend or how long we spend with you.
Ability. Family medicine, functional and integrative medicine, sports medicine, and regenerative orthopedics in one practice, under one plan of care.
Affability. We keep our panel small on purpose, so your visit starts where the last one ended.
Four commitments, one purpose: to reduce suffering and help you build the life you actually want to live.
